Focus Then Rest Learning Protocol

Use a two-step neuroplasticity protocol: focus intensely or at least somewhat on what you want to learn, then follow with deep rest. Deep sleep in the following nights is ideal, and naps, yoga nidra, or NSDR can also help enhance or accelerate plasticity.

Neuroplasticity, as I've talked about in the podcast before, is a two-step process. It involves focusing very intensely, or at least focusing somewhat on whatever it is that one is trying to learn, and then engaging in deep rest, ideally deep sleep, in the following nights.
