Use a 3-1-2 Tempo for Hypertrophy

For hypertrophy, a 3-1-2 tempo is suggested as one option; 3-1-1 also works fine.

I would probably do the exact same thing, but I would like, I would make the last number two. So three, one, two, you could also just keep three, one on. It is still very fine.
