Use High-Intensity Intervals Alongside Hypertrophy Carefully

High-intensity cardio may aid hypertrophy via metabolic disturbance, but do not do so much that it compromises subsequent training or glycogen recovery.

The stuff we do have suggested it may actually aid in hypertrophy... I wouldn't do it to the level that it, it compromises your ability to come back and do your primary training.
