Wall Hip-to-Wall Extension for Severe Back Pain

If pain is too severe for cobra push-ups, stand about 6 inches or so from a wall with hands on the wall and push the hips toward the wall; can be progressed later to floor cobra/up-dog style work.

Some people have so much back pain that they can't even do the cobra type pushup. They need to just go to a wall and actually just put their hands on the wall, standing about six inches or so away from the wall, and then just push their hips towards the wall.
