Use Glycine for Sleep and Liver Support
Recommended at bedtime to help settle the nervous system and support sleep; starting dose 3-5 grams at bedtime, and if no effect after a few nights, increase to 10 grams. Also recommended as part of liver mitigation strategies because it supports phase 2 liver detoxification. Pinealon was mentioned as something he likes combining with glycine for sleep support.
