Slow Eating
Eat slowly, including pausing after bites and even after swallowing, to allow flavors to evolve over about 20–30 seconds and notice residual tastes in the mouth and back of the mouth.

“it's, I think, one of the best arguments for enjoying your food slowly because you never know what's going to kind of show up in your mouth after, you know, 20 or 30 seconds. is slow down, enjoy every bite, and notice what's happening because it's often a really dynamic experience.”
