Investigate Short Luteal Phase
If luteal phase is under 11 days, pursue further investigation because it can indicate an ovulation disorder. Suggested evaluation includes prolactin, thyroid, AMH, and PCOS assessment.

So if I sit across from somebody and I just say, are your cycles regular? and they say yes, and we carry on, I've missed the fact that they actually have a shortened luteal phase, and that warrants further investigation.”
