Use Multiple Exercises with Fewer Sets Each

Instead of always doing 3 sets per exercise, use 2 sets and rotate through more exercises that hit the muscle differently.

there is nothing magic about doing three, right? We all think three, but like you could do two and then move on to a different exercise that stimulates the biceps differently.
